1.How to cancel and restart a subscription


1. Cancel a subscription

You can cancel your auto-renewal subscription on the Subscription Management Center page in WPS Office. To cancel a subscription, perform the following steps:


Step 1: Sign in to the Subscription Management Center of WPS Office 

 (https://www.wps.com/subscription/) with the account used to purchase your subscription.

Step 2: In the My Subscription module, find the subscription plan that you want to cancel. If Auto-renewal is enabled is turned on for the subscription, slide the switch to the left to disable the auto-renewal feature.

Notes:

1. If Auto-renewal is enabled is turned on for a subscription, you can cancel the subscription. If Auto-renewal is disabled is turned on for a subscription, the subscription has been canceled or expired. The system will not continue to charge you automatically for the subscription.

2. If you purchase a one-time subscription plan, you will not be automatically charged after it expires. In this case, you do not need to cancel the subscription, and the subscription will not be displayed in the My Subscription module.

Step 3: Click Confirm. After the subscription is canceled, Auto-renewal is disabled is turned on.

 (If the subscription status is not updated, you can refresh the page and view the status.)


In the end, if your subscription still cannot be canceled, send your order number and WPS Office user ID to the Customer Service. We will help you cancel the subscription.

2. Restart a canceled or expired subscription

We are sorry that the canceled or expired subscriptions cannot be restarted. If you want to continue to enjoy WPS Pro benefits, you can open WPS Office on your Windows client, click the avatar in the upper-right corner, and the Free Trial or Buy Now button to purchase again.

Notes:

You cannot purchase a subscription if you already have a valid subscription. In this case, you can purchase the subscription again until the existing subscription expires.

1. If you purchase an auto-renewal subscription on Google Play, you can cancel the subscription on the Google Play store. To cancel the subscription, perform the following steps:

Step 1: Open the App Center of Google Play, and sign in with the account that you used to purchase the subscription.

Step 2: Tap the avatar in the upper-right corner, and choose Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Step 3: Tap the subscription plan that you want to cancel. On the page that appears, tap Cancel subscription.

In addition, you can also sign in to the Google Play Management Center with the account used to purchase your subscription, and cancel the subscription.


2. If you purchase an auto-renewal subscription through other payment methods such as PayPal, Stripe, debit card, or credit card, you can cancel the subscription on the Subscription Management Center page in WPS Office. To cancel the subscription, perform the following steps:

Step 1: Sign in to the Subscription Management Center of WPS Office  

(https://www.wps.com/subscription/) with the account used to purchase your subscription.
