7.How to change or delete the subscription information

1. Change the bank card for subscription renewal

Sorry, we do not support changing the bank card for subscription renewal. If you want to change the bank card, you can cancel the auto-renewal for your subscription (refer to this article How to cancel and restart a subscription), and then go to the WPS Office Windows client to purchase again after the current subscription expires. In the Windows client, click the avatar in the upper-right corner, and then click the Free Trial or Buy Now button to purchase again.

You can purchase again only after the current subscription expires.

2. Delete the payment card information

Sorry, we do not support deleting the payment card information, because the card information you use during payment will not be stored on WPS Office's server. Please rest assured that there is no risk of disclosure of any of your information.

3. Change the subscription period

Sorry, we do not support changing the subscription period. If you want to change the subscription period, you can cancel the auto-renewal for your subscription (refer to this article How to cancel and restart a subscription), and then go to the WPS Office Windows client to purchase again after the current subscription expires. In the Windows client, click the avatar in the upper-right corner, and then click the Free Trial or Buy Now button to purchase again.

4. Change the Premium subscription type

Sorry, we do not support changing the subscription type at present.
