9.What to do if I am charged multiple times

Windows

Android

If you have received multiple payment success notifications, or your bank statement has shown multiple deductions from WPS Office, you may need to use the following methods to check whether duplicate orders have been generated, resulting in repeated deductions:

1. You have received multiple deduction notification emails/text messages

First, check whether the order number, deduction date, and deduction amount in the deduction notification emails are consistent. If they are consistent, it is likely that the notification emails are issued by WPS Office and the third-party payment management channel for the same order, and there is no repeated deduction. You can rest assured.

2. You have multiple WPS Office accounts and have purchased WPS Pro services for these accounts

Check whether you have multiple WPS Office accounts and have purchased WPS Pro services for these accounts. If so, you may be charged multiple times. In this case, please contact the customer service to solve the problem.

3. None of the above fits your situation

If none of the above fits your situation, it may be that you have re-purchased a WPS Pro plan due to delayed arrival of benefits or renewal failure, resulting in repeated purchases. In this case, your WPS Pro periods will be calculated separately and will not overlap. Please rest assured.

For example, if you purchase a monthly WPS Pro plan on January 20, 2023 (valid until February 20, 2023) and another monthly WPS Pro plan on January 21, then your WPS pro will be valid until March 20, 2023.

Note:

In most cases, you cannot purchase WPS Pro plans repeatedly for the same account if the account already has a valid WPS Pro plan.

However, if repeated deductions occur in the above special circumstances, we will refund the corresponding orders for you. Please contact the customer service to solve the problem.
